Kapisanan Philippine Centre For Arts & Culture (KPC) is a multi-purpose non-profit arts and cultural center. KPC offers the community a 3500 sq. foot facility in Kensington Market, housing a performance/rehearsal/ event space, a retail gallery, and music recording studio. Kapisanan is for primarily Filipino-Canadian youth (0-29 years old , but we are cool with "youths" over 30 as well!).

In the last two years, KPC transitioned from a traditional Filipino community centre into a youth-centered facility with a focus on arts + culture. Our mandate in our downtown Toronto (Kensington Market) facility, is to provide a space for young Filipino people, newcomer and Filipino-Canadians alike, to explore their identity & roots and share it with their peers, elders, and the broader community, while striving to encourage leadership and social engagement through the lens of arts & culture. You gotta know where came from to know where you at! We do this by offering artistic, cultural, and arts-based career mentorship programs, educational arts-based activities, and cultural events.
